  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I don't even want to give 1 star for this review but it seems I have to in order to post this.... I was kept waiting over an hr and a half before I was finally seen. While waiting patiently, I noticed 4 people go in to see the doctor who actually arrived AFTER me. The receptionist was well aware of this as she kept miming "sorry, you will be next". When I finally went in to see the doctor the apology I received was less than convincing. I asked if I could at least get a discount for my day being majorly interrupted. She said the only thing she could do was "invite me back another day for a discount". ... as If I would want to come back again after waiting that long!! What a waste of time, and horrible treatment. This clinic clearly do not know what good customer service is.

  I have been seeing Dr. Green for the last 10 years. He is very thorough and meticulous about the way he goes about his work in ensuring that his patients are always treated professionally and with the utmost respect. Anyone looking for a dermatologist for a skin check or an ongoing issue should not look past Dr. Green.

  Dr Green's practice was "a disservice to my skin". As quoted by 2 dermatologists. I rarely give reviews and if I do it's a positive one to praise the business. Unfortunately my experience here was not positive at all. I have never seen a dermatologist so I didn't know what to expect. The clinic here definitely runs on a excess schedule. Given the average wait time is 90mins they should consider booking in less patients. I worry the clinic is money driven. The consultation cost was average $40-80 above various other dermatologists in the area. My actual appointment was rushed, there was no regard for my social or medical history. I was stopped abruptly many times when explaining my situation. I did not receive any new medications, instead I was subjected to needling and expressing my acne not by the dermatologist but by the beautician therapist. There is no nurse at this clinic. This was not only a traditional technique it did not provide a long term solution. I have since consulted another dermatologist who was thorough, understanding and utilised a holistic approach. Looking at treating and preventing as well as healing the scars that developed since my appointment here. Please consider a different dermatologist for your medical needs. I should mention, it did not reflect well his rudeness and manners to his receptionist, as he often would open the door and shout at her from his office. This is my honest feedback, I do not intend for any deliberate harm to the business.
